AustraliaThe staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The villa itself is very comfortable, warm and cosy in a picturesque location which is a very short drive from the rusutsu ski lifts. The main resort hotels were busier and felt a bit odd to me, with a shopping centre vibe, escalators and multi storey buildings… slippery tiled floors etc. This was great for some after skiing enjoyment, the kids played games in the arcade are a lot, but we were always happy to come home to the villa.
The breakfast was delicious with tasty hot western and Japanese options, plus a buffet too ( I thought that the buffet on its own was great)
I will happily stay at Villa rusutsu when I return here!
