We had a great stay. The stuff and the owner were super helpful, talkative and we have learned quite a lot. We also had a private tour and trying spices from the garden. Breakfast was incredible and super healthy. The bed was very comfortable and the room/house was super pretty. Everything was perfect and beyond, thank you so much! 🙏🏻

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place itself is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the area. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious, full of fresh and local flavors. We stayed here for three days and felt very comfortable. The cottage built in the garden of the family is very stylishly furnished and has everything you need. Great interior design. It even has a very large refrigerator, dishes, and a sink. Malik and his family take really good care of their guests. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful (so much so that we made ourselves packed lunches). And Malik's brother once brought us some delicious homemade cookies, just because I had told him that I like sweets. You can borrow two bicycles for free, which we did once to explore the surrounding area and ride through the rice fields. Malik is a very good contact when it comes to organizing excursions. He gave us great tips and organized a good driver for a day trip to the rainforest. He also speaks excellent English (which is unfortunately not often the case in Sri Lanka), so it's easy to have a conversation with him. He is an awesome guide himself and spent a morning showing us around the old town and fort of Galle, and we learned lots of new and interesting things. Highly recommend to go on a guided tour with him, if he is around. If we come back to Galle, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabins, friendly staff and wonderful location. This is the best place in the area so don't bother looking anywhere else. Food was excellent and they accommodated our vegan diet very well.

The place was very confortable. The host is very kind and helpful. He owns a nice little restaurant and another house just next, so very quiet almost no other neighbours. Very good breakfast, copious and varied. Fews minutes walk from the beach, many shops and restaurants around. The best plus is that it is located on the jungle edge of the village and by the river, so we had iguanas, varans, birds and plenty of monkeys passing so close to us!! Wonderful!! The best rate quality/price of our travel so far, highly recommanded!

Beautiful, clean room with a lovely balcony. Location is great, very central, only a 3 minute walk to the main beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC was great and lovely bathroom with a great shower. The owners are fantastic, very friendly and helpful.
