Een hele warme ontvangst door Patrick en Karina en het personeel, ze waren heel gastvrij en hebben mij ontzettend geholpen met tours, vervoer, etcetera. Aanrader!

The location of this hotel is absolutely spectacular. The view from the hotel room was just amazing! We took a bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales and wanted to drive straight to the hotel which is about 1 1/5 hour drive from Natales bus stop. To avoid unnecessary problems and delays, I had coordinated a transfer from and to Puerto Natales bus stop with the hotel. The hotel driver was waiting at the bus stop. We visited Milodon Caves on our way to the hotel (for which we had to pay extra 50 USD - though the caves are just on the road and not extra drive would be necessary. I presume we had to pay for the waiting time). The drive was otherwise perfect. After reaching the hotel we checked in and the stay from there on was just amazing. As already mentioned the location is spectacular, there are interesting and beautiful walks around the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant is also very good and offers many options - also vegetarian. Hotel also offers many activities like horse rides, trekking etc. Activities are very good, and like everything else in Patagoina very expensive. It is still worth the money - if you can afford it. The reception staff is very friendly and happy to inform about all the activities available - many activities depend on the weather, and it's better to book them at short notice. We were happy we decided to stay at this hotel instead of staying in Puerto Natales in spite of the this option being a bit expensive. It saved us a lot of time, and we enjoyed the stunning location.

Het uitzicht is onovertroffen !! Uitzicht op Cuernos en de omliggende bergen. Fantastisch. Park ingang op korte afstand. Cabana was heerlijk warm. Fijne douche en veel ruimte. Goede bedden en vedel ruimte in de keuken. Zeer vriendelijke host. Dit was tijdens onze 2 maanden in patagonie het allerbeste verblijf.

Het is een kleinschalig hotel op slechts 15 minuten rijden van de ingang van Torres del Paine NP. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het eten wordt elke dag vers bereid en is heerlijk. Als je terug komt van een dagje in het nationale park kun je in de lounge gezellig zitten en bijpraten. De kamers zijn erg mooi en verzorgd. Deze plek is echt een aanrader.
