Norem, Esteban and Valeria made us feel at home right away and went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast and dinner (with the hummingbirds around) were delicious, prepared to the point and with several dishes to choose from. The cabins are all new, very well designed and furnished, the bathroom with steady and immediate hot and cold water supply. A garden with a small trail are in the making and will make spending time in the crisp and clean mountain air even more worthwhile. We can highly recommend Curuba Lodge which became our favorite place in Costa Rica! Tip: Esteban can connect you with a few guides to see the rare and iconic Quetzal birds.

The wooden cabins, nestled in nature, offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, truly a spectacle at any time of day. A big thank you to the staff and especially to the lovely grandmother who delighted us every morning with giant breakfasts, made with love and local products. The comfort of this boutique hotel is unsurpassed by anywhere i have ever stayed. It truly feels like home.

Unique place to stay in the center of Copley. Unit across the fish pond from the restaurant of the organic farm. Large size room with ample space for up to 3 adults (our party consisted of only two adults). Considering that the nights get quite cold in this area, the room kept a reasonable temperature over night, with thick blankets provided. Reasonably warm water for a good morning shower (which is a big plus, since it is not always the case in other properties in the area). Pleasant environment with nice staff members (family run place). Possibility to eat in the restaurant whereby the trout comes fresh from the fish pond.

Magical. Beautiful setting with magnificent views. The owners went out of their way to make sure we felt at home and showed us around this amazing hotel they had built. We only stayed a night but with more time you can explore the many trails and waterfalls on their estate. The road to the hotel was unmade but that was no problem, just slow.
