The hosts Brian and Gillian are super hospitable and nice. The views are gorgeous, and the weather is great. I found. the service, amenities and facilities to be excellent. Even at night when we needed to go to the grocery store Gillian took us there in her car. Not to mention that they have given us snacks and prepared the sauna for us whenever we needed them. I would definitely recommend them. If you are a big family you can reserve the two cottages if you want the place all on your own. I went with my friend there and we enjoyed the stay. The place is suitable for everyone, friends, families, honeymooners, etc.

Westertonhill Lodges - Private Hot Tub Hire Available bevindt zich op 26 km van Mugdock Country Park, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. The house was modern and had everything we needed. Very clean, spacious and well decorated. The outdoor area was a great size, we didn’t use this as much with it being winter but would be great in the summer. Amazing value for money.

Great location for hiking/walking.

Smiddy Lodge is gelegen in Balloch, op 29 km van Glasgow Botanic Gardens, 30 km van University of Glasgow, en 31 km van Riverside Museum of Transport and Technology. Everything about the accommodation is perfect. The hosts provided all the extra necessaties to start a self catering stay, including washing tabs milk bread etc. Could not he happier even if it did rain all week haha it was a perfect place to stay dry and feel like you are at home, all be it a more beautiful one. Fantastic few days spent in Steve’s lodge to whom was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. The lodge was immaculate with all the necessities needed for cooking / relaxing after long hikes and a good nights sleep. Will definitely be in contact for our next trip to Scotland - 10 / 10. James
