No sólo por las habitaciones impecables, grandes, preciosas, limpias... Sino por ellos... Realmente se preocupan de qué no te falte de nada, de que si tienes algún problema... Lo van a solucionar. Viajo sola y cuidaron de mí como si fuera mi familia. El mejor lugar de bukit Lawang por ubicación, por ser precioso y porque el staff y Jail el dueño son las personas con más corazón que he encontrado viajando por el mundo. Prepararon una clase de cocina para mí increíble. El treking en la selva fué top con el guía Salama. No estoy exagerando. En la habitación de al lado había una mujer que venía enferma desde Bali, y éllos cuidaron de ella como si fueran familia. Le llevaron un doctor increíble e iban a verla cada 2 horas. We are travelling the world for 3 months and Garden Inn has felt more like home than any other accomodation on our whole trip. The staff go above and beyond, tending to your every need and desire. The hotel provides comfort, the rooms and beds are big, it's curated, so you feel jungle like with rocks and wood inside. Breakfast was amazing!!! Included every day and if we wanted something else they would say sure no problem! We did day trips every day, including orangutan treks where the orangutans were so close yet still wild. Very special! Adi our personal guide took us to all excursions and was exceptional about telling us the story of the village, the rainforest, sustainability efforts, he felt like the village elder and was great speaking English! Thank you Adi!!! Mawan, Rudi and Findo also were the most amazing guides, playing with our 4 and 6 year old boys!!! And making every excursion fun!!! Thank you garden Inn for your hospitality!!!

Monkeys everywhere so cool. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating very kind people. Food included was delicious.

On The Rocks Bungalows, Restaurant and Jungle Trekking Tours está en Bukit Lawang y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. The view! There are stairs to get there, so be prepared, but it is worth the efforts!

Brown Bamboo Guest house & jungle trekking orang-utan está en Bukit Lawang y tiene vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. We loved our stay here! The bed was super comfortable, everything was nice and clean, there’s good wifi, the food at the restaurant was very good…. we had all we asked for. But what we liked most was the attention of the family. They all helped us in all we needed and made it very easy. It is a small guest house with a few rooms only, which makes it very calm, but anyways they were able to exceed all our expectations. From arranging the orangutan tour, all transportations, hive us food when needed, do laundry, paying with credit card and even give us a scooter. Thank you for your kindness!

The architecture of room that is like the batak traditional house. Comfortable even though there is no fan or air conditional. The family room is spacious. The resort has nice landscape garden. There is a vegetable farm beside the accommodation. Have nice view of Gunung Sinabung. Although breakfast is not included, it's cafe also serves delicious western food. Like the quiet yet calming of the atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!
