Set in the heart of the Negev Desert, this property is in the town of Miẕpe Ramon, overlooking the west hills of the desert. Desert Home offers a 39°C hot tub in its garden and self catering units. Desert Home was simply stunning. I stayed there with my mum and we had a little studio with a seperate bedroom and a sleeping couch in the living area. The big balcony facing the desert is so lovely and there is sun all afternoon till sunset. The room is beautifuly decorated and well equipped and you can tell that the owner put a lot of effort and thought in that. We didn't have any other accomodation on this level of quality on our trip through Israel. One of the owners welcomed us personally. He was very kind and offered us his help with any questions about the place and also the region. If you stay there on a Shabbat make sure you order some Jachnun (traditional jemeinite breakfast) at "Jachnun Chofshit" nearby (order in advance!). They deliver it to your door in an old VW beetle.

El Negev Camel Ranch ofrece una experiencia única y es una granja en activo desde la que se pueden hacer excursiones en camello por el desierto de Neghev durante 1 hora o hasta 2 días. Really nice place, friendly owner and they seem to take good care of the camels. They even had aircon in the rooms! Bathrooms were very clean as well.

Nice views of the Negev and no one around, quiet and perfect for stargazing. We were a family of 6, enough place for all. Though it was windy outside, the caravan is cozy and warm.
