Such a great place to stay at! Nice spacious room with comfortable beds, great common room to chill at night after a day on the slopes too. We really liked the freshly cooked breakfast every morning, simply delicious. A big thanks also for our host Mr. Chen for his wonderful hospitality, and a special thanks for driving back to the station to bring us the bag we forgot at the lodge, would not have made our train without him! Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone going to Hakuba.

Usually lodge has only Japanese futon in tatami room but we slept comfortably in bed. Breakfast was tasty and hospitality was incredible. They also have sauna 😍

Pension Belnina bevindt zich in Hakuba in de regio Nagano, dicht bij wintersportgebied Happo One en busterminal Hakuba Happo. the owner Yutakasan is the best I have so far. he’s very welcoming and assisted us with whatever we need during our stay (from helping us to book for a taxi in the middle of the night, to lend me some of the skiing equipment) & the location is very near to the slope shuttle bus stop, the property is clean, warm, cozy and very homey. the breakfast was execellent! they also have a private onsen in the property. super highly recommended to stay here!

ノマの森 Nomanomori B&B is gelegen in Chino en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een terras en een bar. The hosts are kind and thoughtful and gave us very good advice for dinner locally and for our next destination. Best of all, the breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.

Pension Tomato ligt op 10 minuten rijden van Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort en biedt ruime kamers in westerse stijl met een loft. Love it. Super friendly hosts who helped us a lot, offered to pick us up, take us to hire gear at echoland (with discount at affiliated store), take us to deliver our luggage and send us to the station upon checking out. Booked restaurants for us too since we didn't have a local phone number. Thank you so much! Great accommodation, very cosy and nice atmosphere, vending machine inside, 2 onsen rooms (one of which has an outdoor onsen too, very nice in the snow) which can be used privately by booking each day. Drying room for ski gear is very convenient. Short walking distance (<5 min) to free local bus stop to goryu, happo, iwatake and also to echoland base camp for the hakuba valley shuttle. Buses only run a few each day and finish pretty early, best to not miss the last one as getting a taxi can be a pain! Breakfast needs to be booked by 10am from the previous day, but it's amazing, highly recommended.

Log Cottage Epoch ligt op 10 minuten lopen van Happo One Ski Resort en u kunt een hele cottage huren. Elke ruime cottage is voorzien van gratis WiFi en beschikt over een keuken en een woonkamer. Cottage was warm and cozy; had heated floors, which was so comfortable and relaxing after a long day skiing. The place was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. We especially were surprised that our particular unit had 2 toilets and 2 showers!
