Niseko Shirokuma Cottage es un alojamiento con vistas a la montaña que está en Niseko, a 49 km de Lago de Toya y a 10 km de Hirafu Station. The small house in which you sleep is a dream one! It's clean, wooden and powered by small furnice. There is electricity but you can feel as if you were living very close to the nature. Moreover, Akira and Kyoko are adorable hosts, always happy to help and support your travelling plans. They show the true hospitality spirit and make your stay there very sweet. PS: The place is so quiet, that during the night, all you can hear is the sound of snowflakes hitting the ground. Terrific.

Featuring spacious rooms and a cosy fireside lounge, Ramat Niseko offers lodges only 5 minutes from Niseko Mountain Resort Grand Hirafu on the complimentary shuttle. Just hit a button on the hostel's website and they picked me up from my point of arrival within 10 minutes. Had a huge breakfast spread, which is super nice when all you want to do is get on the mountain. As well as a courtesy bus to get you to your choice of Gondola in the morning. Beds were super comfy and warm, way better than you normally get for a hostel. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Great dry room and storage for gear. Couldn't have asked for more, thanks team!

Great location, just 10 minute walk to Grand Hirafu central bit of shops and restaurants. David and Elle are great hosts, always so kind and helpful, they made us fantastic breakfast every morning and drove shuttle up to the mountain. Walk back from ski field to accommodation was just around 10 minutes. Accommodation was always clean and warm, perfect place for ski holidays!

Offering accommodation with free WiFi, and TV, Hirafu Tomten is set 2.3 km from Hirafu Holiday Pair 1 and 2.2 km from Grand Hirafu King Quad 2. The staff - Maiko, Jess, Jet & Hannah were the friendliest and nicest bunch of people you could meet Each room has their own designated ski storage area Heating in rooms are adjustable but if still too hot, windows can be opened Breakfast was a surprise as it says 'light' so I expected perhaps just coffee and some pastries but we had mushrooms/miso soup/rice/egg salad/change in a meat dish/boiled egg/pancake/fruits/cereal/yoghurt/fruit juice/coffee/tea Bus from Sapporo stops at the Hirafu Welcome Centre about 2.2km away You can take the free red coloured Welcome Bus (no fixed time table but comes every 30-50mins) with nearest stops at either Orchards Niseko (from Hirafu Welcome Centre) or Kabayama Kita (going to the Welcome Centre). Just check for the non-operating times which happens in 3 blocks each day. Otherwise there is the Niseko bus (with a regular time table) that stops at Kabayama Kita which cost 200Y or is free if you have a daily ski lift pass Hirafu Tomten has a complimentary shuttle to Grand Hirafu just once daily at 8.15am The Amuse ski rental place is 100m away and prices are cheaper to rent than at Grand Hirafu. Apparently, if you book ahead online at least a week? before, you get further discounts. There are a handful of restaurants nearby should you not want to go back to the ski area for dinner. Recommended to book ahead though.
