Out of all the places in Namibia this was our favourite. The location of the lodge is spektakular!!! The highlight was the tour with Alfred seeing the desert elephants. His knowledge and passion for the elephants and the area (he was born here ) was such an inspiration and we were all touched by his love of home. A memory we will treasure forever. If you are considering this place - just go!!! A memory of a lifetime if you like wilderness.

Lodge Damaraland está en Khorixas y dispone de vistas a la montaña, piscina al aire libre, terraza, restaurante y bar. En el lodge, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Diseño del conjunto, muy nuevo con habitacion confortable y buen gusto, mejor elegir una cerca de zonas comunes. Desayuno de lo mejor que probamos y posibilidad de masaje.

Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp está en Khorixas y ofrece vistas a la montaña, piscina al aire libre, restaurante y bar. El lodge ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. We booked Premium tent it was a bit pricey but everything was good . Bed was comfy , Nice pillow , Hot shower , Spacious . The sunset spot was absolutely stunning . Staff were very friendly and helpful. This maybe one of the best place i’ve ever stayed

El Huab Lodge & BushSPA está situado en Damaraland y rodeado por vegetación exuberante. Ofrece piscina, una fuente termal natural, bar, WiFi gratuita y aparcamiento gratuito. owners on site at all times and very isolated

El Gondwana Damara Mopane Lodge está situado a 25 km de Khorixas y ofrece alojamiento en un semicírculo con piscina en el centro y conectado por senderos. La piscina, las instalaciones en general y la cena. La gente es muy amable

Aabadi Mountain Camp se encuentra en Khorixas y ofrece alojamiento con parking privado gratis. Petrified Forest Khorixas está a 30 km del alojamiento. Lovely place to stay in Damaraland! The tents are clean and spacious with attached toilet and shower, hot water and electricity. The food was excellent, dinner was 250 each and more food than we could eat. Breakfast was great, and they gave us a packed lunch (I think lunch was 200) for our long drive. The staff was incredible, so attentive and helpful, some of the best we’ve had in months of traveling. The camp is away from all lights so it was some of the best star gazing ever. The ownership is brand new (and Namibian) as of September 2025 so take this into account when looking at older reviews online.
