Situated in central Røldal, this property offers wooden cottages with a private terrace, kitchenette and free Wi-Fi access. Parking is free on site. The 13th-century Røldal Stave Church is 200 metres away. Very comfy and luxury stay. We got whole Hytte with fully equipped kitchen (DISHWASHER!!! even:) and two bedrooms. Nice sitting terrace with mountain wiev. Common space with big sofa and dining area was great. Wholw complex is well organized, with reception and paid sauna, but very affordable, with perfect view and swimming in the river bath! (book in advance, very popular!) Grocery is 5-10min walk away. A lot to see, hike and visit around! Thank u!!!

The views were exceptional. The lodge was even better than it seemed from the pictures. Fire is gorgeous and lots of heating options. Very cosy. Great location. Irene and Frede were the loviest hosts we’ve ever come across. Their kindness made the holiday incredibly special for our 4 year old. Thank you!

We booked the separate cabin that is next to the main hostel / lodge. The cabin was great, very cozy after a rainy day biking. The shower was great, very warm water. The view was lovely and the property felt very safe. The kitchen came with basic supplies and everything was up to our expectations.

Nice and very cosy lodge with a great view on the lake from the terrace. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Kitchen was cleaned every day and is big. From the train station its quite a steep walk up, but other than that it's a good location.
