All of the amenities were new or great condition. The bedroom had all we needed and the shared bathroom spaces were modern and very clean.

Comfortable and spacious room. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! It was a great experience! Close to great wineries, breweries and beaches.

This boutique B & B is as good as it gets for lodging for the Russell bound. Russell, set in an exquisite setting in the Bay of Islands is the oldest Anglo settlement in NZ. The Inn is slightly outside of the central town, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The views from the Inn over the bay are stunning especially at the extremes of daylight. Night time is Dark Skies and reveals the magnificence of the Southern hemisphere for the stargazer. Breakfast offers fresh fruits from their own orchard including bananas and plums and homemade granola. This is followed by made from scratch hot breakfast items, homemade breads and cakes. Excellent strong coffee is available to start your day, and juice. Our room was historically allotted to the “housekeeper” set apart from the main house with a private entrance and porch commanding great views of the bay. The Wi-Fi performed flawlessly; water pressure is good with plenty of hot water. However, Russell is in a drier area of New Zealand and dependent upon rainwater, so you are encouraged to be judicious in your usage and conserve to the best of your ability. There is an honor wine bar in the kitchen fridge with a mixture of local NZ wines available for purchase (by the Bottle) at very reasonable prices…NOT the usual markups that one encounters while traveling. The hosts Peter & Greg were outstanding in personality and knowledge of the local area making for an excellent respite in a great location

Quirky Woods - Glamping Cabins at Maketu está en Maketu, en la región de Bahía de Plenty (BoP), a 1,9 km de Newdicks Beach. Beautiful location with welcoming hosts and a nice private cabin.

The photos don’t quite do the room justice — it’s actually much more spacious in person. We really enjoyed the peace and greenery. The host was super friendly and even went bush to help us retrieve a lost drone!

Everything about the WoodyHanger Lodge exceeded our expectations. Warren and Carol greeted us warmly upon our arrival, delivered delicious breakfasts each morning, restocked our supplied throughout the stay, and provided excellent recommendations. We cannot recommend this enough!

El Tongariro Crossing Lodge está situado en un entorno tranquilo con jardines paisajistas amplios y una terraza jardín pintoresca con vistas a la montaña. Perfect place to stay if you are doing Tongariro Crossing or other tracks in Tongariron National Park - our host arranged shittle bus for us, also provided packed lunch for our hiking. Lodges are very cozy, a little bit dated but clean and very well equiped. Free laundry! Delicious breakfast! Good fast food truck very close....

Mairenui Rural Retreat se encuentra en Ruahine y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. I wished, we could have stayed longer for relaxing and exploring this rural area. Sue and David are wonderful attentive and communicative hosts speaking reliable German and French. They made their house our home for 1 night. An amazing breakfast was served in the morning. Should we ever be crazy enough to fly more than 20.000 km to get here we definetely will check in again at the Mairenui Rural Retreat. Thanks you very much. Gregor and Johanna
