Gahno and his staff at La Clé blew our minds with the best hospitality at this magical lodge. From the breakfast to sundowners to the vineyard and lake we couldn’t have had a better stay. If I’m ever back in Franschhoek I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend this one of a kind Lodge close to everything in town and the vines.

Welbedacht Game & Nature Reserve dispone de vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Tulbagh, a 9,4 km de De Oude Kerk Museum Tulbagh. Fabulous place. Very private, adorable little cottage nestled under huge mountains. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and respectful. The estate is amazing and definitely a place we’d go to again.

Just 2.5 hours away from Cape Town, Inverdoorn Game Reserve Lodge is set on 10000 hectares of land within the Klein Karoo. This reserve is home to the Big 5 and a cheetah conservation centre. This was a great thing to do for overnight trip from Cape Town. I didn’t think it would be as well run and it was more high end than I thought it would be for price. Food was exceptional and lots of extras ie star gazing experience all included. I have done lots of safaris and although private gated reserves are different to the big national parks they are still really fun and enjoyable and this was no exception. Would hundred per cent recommend.

El Banhoek Lodge está junto al pintoresco paso de Helshoogte, donde hay diversas explotaciones vinícolas. The location is perfect, walking distance to the many wine estates around it along walking tracks. The staff are lovely and attentive, it’s a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful outlook down the valley. Breakfast is a great assortment with also a cooked selection if you want, the coffee machine is accessible anytime. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. Banhoek Lodge recommended a local driver, Christo, who drove us around to places further than walking distance, he’s a gem! So quiet and serene, we could easily spend a week here!

El Eikendal Lodge está situado entre viñedos al pie de la montaña Helderberg, cerca de Stellenbosch, y cuenta con jardines exuberantes y piscina. Beautiful vinyard, cozy lodge, super friendly staff. There's a nice hike you can do around the vineyard and the dam. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We arrived relatively late, but the owner came to us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Later, after dark, she even provided us with more coffee and made sure the fire was burning.

Mont Eco Game Reserve tiene vistas a la montaña y se encuentra en Montagu. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza solárium. Food are very good. Service are good. Game drive excellent.
