Zur Alten Mine ligt 5 km buiten Graskop. Gasten kunnen in de tuin rond de dam wandelen of een wandeling naar de oude mijn maken. Everything, very clean, organized, cozy and had everything you needed. Location is very pretty and peaceful. I loved everything about it. Would go back time and time again.

We had a great stay. It has breathtaking views from executive room. The rooms have excellent design, comfortable and clean. The hosts are nice. This lodge is a must-visit on a trip to Kruger park or back just for relaxing. I very rarely rate hotels as 10, but this is one of the few.

The tents are luxurious and beautifully designed. So peaceful, surrounded by nature and next to a stream. I only wish I didn’t stay for one night, and had a few days here to fully experience.

Wat een ongelofelijke ervaring! Alles was perfect tot in de kleinste details. De lodge is luxueus en modern, met gezellige details. Alle vragen die je hebt, worden onmiddellijk en op een uiterst professionele manier beantwoord. Het gebied rond de lodge is niet alleen veilig, maar ook prachtig gelegen, niet ver van Hoedspruit. Het is een ware oase waar het wild vrij door de estate kan lopen, wat voor onvergetelijke momenten zorgt. Er is gewoon geen betere plek om te verblijven. Bovendien is het slechts een uur rijden vanaf de Orpen Gate, Kruger National Park. Het avontuur kan beginnen.

Sunbirds Oasis Lodge is gelegen in Hoedspruit met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en terras. We felt very special in this beautiful place. The service was outstanding. The pool area was the perfect place after an exhausting safari. Also the view platform is very nice and if you are lucky you can see some animals as well. Plus point: There are three very friendly ostriches in the place. Thanks a lot for a very special time for us. Highly recommended! Dinner was also delicious in a modern and artful Restaurant.

We can recommend this accommodation 1000%. Nothing is missing, it is pure luxury! We have traveled all over the world but have never experienced anything so great like this. The hosts will do everything possible to make you happy. The best wines are available. If you want, you can also sleep under the stars. The daily breakfast is a work of art that the hostess prepares herself. The entire complex is decorated with a lot of love down to the smallest detail. If you want to feel like a superstar, you should definitely book here. We can only say thank you very much and hope to come back again.

Maroelani Lodge- Greater Kruger Private Reserve ligt in Hoedspruit in de regio Limpopo, op 19 km van Drakensig Golf Club en biedt gratis WiFi, een barbecue, een buitenzwembad en gratis privéparkeren. Everything was amazing, our safari guide, Francis and the team. It was perfect, it felt so personalised and we felt incredibly well looking after. We had a couple of drives at neighbouring reserves and whilst they might have a few more animals on the drives; from the conversations we had with people staying at these resorts the hospitality we had was unmatched. The beauty of staying here is you have the option to do additional drives at Kruger or neighbouring reserves but this is the most incredible base and the drives are much more intimate and informative. Ghert (might have butchered the spelling) was nothing short of exceptional during and outside of the game drives. I’m fortunate with work to stay at some very nice locations across the globe but this experience tops the list.
