Wow. What an amazing stay, the best one in Costa Rica. Such lovely and friendly staff, always helpful and smiling. Rooms were nice. Very cute swimming pool and relaxing area. Excellent restaurant next door where hotel guest have a discount.

This is an absolute gem in the southern Nicoya peninsula, perfect for pure relaxation and good dining. With a huge property and a small number of rooms, it is a haven of peace and tranquility with one of the most private and beautiful beaches we have seen in Costa Rica. The restaurant serves top notch food at reasonable prices - everything we tried was excellent and beautifully presented. Whatever your need, Hilde and her staff will do whatever to make it happen.

Our experience at the Bluma Hotel was nothing short of royal! The entire staff provided excellent and courteous service, making my wife and I feel like royalty. The beauty of the hotel is particularly impressive - from the unique bohemian design to the stunning views of the forest and sea. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is absolutely perfect, just a quick 3-minute drive from the heart of Santa Teresa, so you’re close to the best restaurants and shops, yet far enough to fully enjoy the peacefulness and natural beauty of the jungle. Nestled on a quiet hillside with stunning ocean views, the setting is serene and feels like a private retreat. The house itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for both families and groups of friends. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the layout to the decor, creating a space that’s both functional and stylish. The concierge service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless from start to finish. We felt well taken care of the entire time. This place truly offers the best of both worlds: close to everything you want, but tucked away just enough to enjoy the magic of the jungle and the views. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely everything was beyond what I expected. The rooms were designed for pure rest — quiet, dark, with heavenly beds and linens. They even had a projector for watching movies and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is very close to the beach, right where Banana Beach is — my favorite spot to watch the sunset. The staff helped me rent an ATV for our entire stay, so we got to explore nearby beaches. My girlfriend took the surf lessons they recommended and says she’s got a new hobby now. We also got the breakfast and dinner package, and it exceeded our expectations — the quality was that of a high-end restaurant. Dreamcatcher, we’ll definitely see each other again.

Breakfast was outstanding! Best of any hotel I stayed at in CR. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathroom was very nice, good shower and great toiletries. Little kitchen area and terrace with table, chairs, and hammock was wonderful. Hotel grounds are stunning and the pools are great.

The five one bedroom luxury suites are well laid out with good sight lines and all had an excellent view of the ocean and infinite pool. The pool was a decent length for swimming lengths but a little deep if you weren't tall and/or not a swimmer. The area was very well landscaped and kept. It is made for one couple per unit.
