We had been there before the pandemic and loved much. So we came again. All staff is polite and heplful. Hotel was renovated and very clean. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Spa and pool area are nice. Food is perfect like a fine dining restaurant. You can find everything you want and more for breakfast. If you are planing a holiday at Garmisch, this hotel is definitely the best.

My second time staying here and it is always fabulous. The host is so helpful and always available to lend a hand with anything that is needed. The location is amazing, so easy to get to almost any part of the town, I truly love it here.
