We had an absolutely brilliant two week stay at this place. The house is well equipped, and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable; the house is very quiet. The location is most convenient for exploring the Harz region and even the immediate surroundings offer plenty of interesting sites and areas for pleasant walks. To top it all off, Thomas and Ilona were wonderful hosts and made us not just feel welcome but made the holiday accommodation a ‘home away from home’. They provided plentiful suggestions of where to go or what to visit and went out of their way to please their guests, attending to even their smallest requests.
