Super friendly and helpful host! We stayed at Mohamed's apartment and were very satisfied! The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay — everything was new, clean, and modern. I especially want to mention the host himself — he was always available, responded quickly to any questions, and was very helpful. We truly felt at home. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back again! You surely have to choose this appartment for the super host and beautiful compound!

Exceptional service from Hossam Hassan at your front desk. He is simply amazing, his warm and friendly demeanor is awesome. The staff in general from house keeping and the concierge desk are professional and friendly. Emad from the Poseidon coffee shop was wonderful and so welcoming and friendly. Yasmin Ibrahim was superb with the check out process. Warm, pleasant and full of smiles. Everything was amazing. A well deserved 11/10. Keep up the spectacular work. A definite recommend and I will definitely be back. Hats off Hilton this is what customer service is all about. Be proud and acknowledge the fantastic team that holds your flag high.

That was the perfect family holiday. We had an amazing time in this spacious and comfortable villa. On arrival we were greeted by Mina who was very welcoming and helpful during our whole stay. He always answers our requests and questions and was always there to help. The villa was very spacious more than the pictures. It was very clean with fresh towels and linens. The pool maintenance and cleaning was amazing and was done daily. I highly recommend it for a lovely, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Will definitely book it again.

Host very polite, available to help and clear in communication. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. The location also is very nice because it has 4 pools available and a private beach. The stuff of the resort was very nice!

Diana and Ibrahim really are the most perfect hosts! From start to finish they couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we booked the villa, Diana was offering help of organising trips. We were picked up from the bus station, and dropped off when we left. We were met with a fabulous breakfast on our first day, with offers of lifts to the supermarket later in the week. My son was ill and Ibrahim went to the pharmacy for us. Really, nothing was too much trouble! The villa is absolutely spotless. Very spacious with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday. The bathrooms are all stocked with toiletries, razors, toothpaste, anything you can think of. There is free water and plenty of tea's and coffee on offer. Lots of games and books, a gym, pool table, table tennis table, inflatables in the gorgeous pool and in such a quiet area. The Delecato and Capri restaurants are close by and are very good, and well priced. If the heat gets too much there are PlayStations and Netflix on tv. It really is a home from home. Thank you so much Diana and Ibrahim, we loved our stay with you and hope we will be back one day ❤️
