The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Thank you Mr. Mostafa for taking care of each guest and being such an excellent manager. This is a great hotel to relax and have absolute calmness. I will surely come again!

Hamu was very helpful and kind. His cafe has a really beautiful mood and delicious drinks as well. I highly recommend mango juice. Though it was a bit cold at night, you can ask for an additional blanket as well.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Siwa. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Thanks to them, we were able to organize two excursions. The room was comfortable, and although we had a few issues with the bathroom, everything was quickly taken care of once we mentioned it. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Siwa’s city center, but once you’re there, you’ll discover a beautiful, peaceful place — perfect for enjoying the area!
