the hotel is beautifully built, every detail in its place and made very comfortably. The spa area is small and tranquil and we enjoyed the room with the elegant bathroom a lot. Literally on the beach, with great restaurant views & excellent food. They left palettes and a ball to play on the beach and were so helpful with parking

Ur Bare is a gem. We were warmly welcomed and felt extremely comfortable in every respect. the equipment, the restaurant and stuff everything was exceptional!

This was our absolute favourite place to stay during our recent 10 day trip to the Basque area of Spain. The house (a 17th century palace) is magnificent, the decor is out of this world, our room was amazing and views out over the countryside were just beautiful with the sound of the cows grazing (with bells around) their necks was pure Alpine….Dinner & breakfast were excellent too.

- The rooms are quit, spacious and clean. - There is a hidden walkway down to the level of the city centre, which is super convenient - The gym is well equipped - The spa area has all you need, was super relaxing - The 2 rooftops (1 bar, 1 pool) are amazing! The view was really good (we had the best view to see the fireworks during big week) - The staff is coming by every day asking if we need more water on the room and they also bring sweets before bedtime

Loved the extra touches - Marshall speaker, good coffee station, small balcony, bicycles we could use for free. Excellent service, they even parked our rental car at the underground parking and fetched it on the day of departure.

Check in was super customer friendly; Location was excellent right across from a beautiful park and 1.5 blocks from the old town and about 4 blocks from beautiful concha beach; room was very modern and comfortable with great A/C; bathroom was very modern and comfortable with fantastic rain drop shower. Excellent buffet breakfast at a reasonable price downstairs in a large comfortable room.

This hotel is fantastic. The location is great, in that it is very close to the beach and restaurants, but still manages to be in a quieter pocket of the city. The amenities are great. Would highly recommend.
