We came down for a lovely beach weekend. Beautiful room, exceptional bathroom and we particularly loved the cozy little TV room. Friendly welcoming host, would definitely stay again. Lovely pub and cafe nearby.

Location was perfect, just a 1 minute walk to the sea front…breakfast was organised for us which was lovely. Our hosts were very nice and couldn’t do enough to help us, would stay here again if ever in the area

Nicky was very accommodating and approachable for anything I needed. The room was clean, neat and equipped with a mini fridge, kettle and tea. The bathroom was frequently cleaned and well heated. Excellent price!

Fantastic Lewes apartment. The place is warm and roomy, spacious, well appointed, very well located within Lewes and a short drive to Brighton. We were particularly happy with the addition of a separate dryer and washing machine. Apartment is a short walking distance to historic landmarks plus shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Our host Sara was very responsive and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A wanted a low budget clean seaview room just for the very basic: sleeping take a shower change my clothes keeping my stuff and spending as much time as I can outside. It was perfect for that. The key card activated the electricity in my room, I like it. From the second floor single room, the seaview, was excellent. Great location.

Loved the views, the outside areas, the cosy living room, great kitchen , comfy beds, tremendous views to the front as well as back. Stunning location and we all had a brilliant time.
