Great reception, where also the owner is in charge on a daily basis! Perfect view from our private balcony on the Black Sea from 40th floor! Decent facilities and fascinating view! Quite amazing value! Having this view with excellent treatment by the staff and tasty breakfast made it unforgettable. There were complaints about the elevators but I had no problem, I guess you just need to skip using it about 12 pm which is the rush hour of check outs during the high season
