We traveled with families and friends. Hotel Reservation made their best to respond our booking needs. Hotel facilities and rooms were shiny clean. Breakfast was good. This is the best hotel in Kutaisi, comparing to other hotels in the city. Definitely recommended.

This is the amazing hotel, very good location, near the cable road, very comfortable room, so nice lady in reception. I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable – always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is simply perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day of exploring. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very cozy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality – it really felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi, and I’ll surely come back on my next trip. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Beautifully constructed and decorated rooms. Everything has been thought of, it's spotless, the bed is comfortable, you have plenty of space and everything you might need (including a filter coffee machine), and the shower was roomy and enjoyable.

Everybody here is so welcoming and friendly - though we must make a special mention for Mariam who was our host for our stay - just a lovely young lady so keen to help and chat with us about the hotel and things we could do - even arranged a private wine tour - thank you Mariam you are a star We also had the best chicken ever tasted in an amazingly awesome plum sauce - my wife thanked the chef in person everything else is perfect just perfect Location Room Breakfast Menu Things to do - swimming cycling yoga horse riding there’s even a snail farm Hiking Best ever view from a balcony The list is endless Cannot find fault with this place Just do yourself a favour and visit this piece of heaven and enjoy

We highly recommend Hotel West Face! We have travelled around the world quite a lot already, but never met such caring and nice hosts. Nini and the team made us feel very comfortable with extra services like private dinner with city view and other support. Room was clean, the pool perfect and the food really good. The view over the city should be advertised more, perfect location in a calm area outside of Kutaissi (but only a few car minutes away from city center).
