We had a fantastic stay at Nikon! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel’s location was ideal, not so busy and really quiet Overall, a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend Nikon and would gladly stay again!

During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the management team to the dedicated cleaning personnel, each member contributed to an atmosphere of excellence and hospitality. The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively. Such an amazing hotel! We’ve received an upgrade as it was considered low-season according to the staff. The room is super clean with a ton of amenities available. The included breakfast was great too! (Get the eggs benedict with salmon!) The staff is amazing as they are friendly and really know how to provide service. Overall a 10/10 stay!

It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

It's absolutely a wonderful and relaxing place to stay in Zante. We can spend our all time in the hotel. The food is great, and there are 3 restaurants here, love the cocktail in the cocoon restaurant which is in the middle of stunning pools. Also, the service is fantastic, people are so friendly and kind. They always smile and make sure we are having a good time here. That's really healing us! Especially the manager Sotiris, he is so kind and positive. He solved our problems really quickly and helpful. Great people here! Love them!

Everything was perfect at the hotel. definitely book it again but not with bookings.com we recommend booking direct I also booked airport taxi with bookings.com to take us to the hotel they did turn up for us so after a long flight we ended up just catching a local taxi at the airport it was actually cheaper then bookings.com but we lost out on our £26 taxi also while we was there it was my husbands 60th birthday that was the main reason for going to such a beautiful hotel and resort I prebooked a VIP boat trip with bookings.com as another surprise with my husband costing £129 it was a rip off wasn't VIP we was on a little boat with 20 other people most was families with young children very disappointed with the itinerary didn't do the things was supposed to although the staff was very understanding and told us next time book directley with them as it would have been half the cost !!! I tried contacting bookings.com and it's impossible so I've emailed them but yet no reply and explanation overall I would book the holiday again but not with this company

The hotel was amazing, beautiful rooms, incredible staff and delicious food. The staff really did cater to your every wish (before you even thought of it) and were so lovely. The best hotel I have been to. The hotel is also a few minutes away from a small town with some restaurants to enjoy.

    Sept 4 day visit after travelling. Luxurious room, bed so comfortable. All facilities you could wish for. Amazing sea view from the balcony. We ate every day in the restaurant because the food was so good. The staff gave exceptional service. I am gluten free and they were knowledgeable and provided lots of options and goodies for me. The pool area is beautiful, never any issues with sun beds, overcrowding or noise. A small set of stairs leads down to the beach and the Chrystal clear waters- gently shelving. Would most definitely return.
