The apartment is easy to find via Google maps and is in a great location right in the heart of town, so it's close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the waterfront. There is usually plenty of parking available on the street nearby. Communications from the host are excellent so the keys were easy to find. The studio is on first floor and is quite new and nicely appointed with large built-in wardrobes. There is a double bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, and two bedside tables. There is a table and four chairs, a small stool, and a single bed. There is a wall-mounted TV, A/C, and a wifi repeater. There are also hooks for jackets, etc. The balcony is a good size and overlooks the street. It has a small, low table and two chairs and a rack for drying laundry. The kitchenette has a full-size fridge and oven and cooking hobs. There is a coffee machine, a kettle, a sandwich toaster, plenty of pots and pans, utensils, glassware, crockery etc. as well as dish detergent and sponge. The bathroom has a washing machine, a mop and bucket, and a broom and dustpan. Two large bottles of water were left for us in the fridge.

I stayed in the apartment for one month while working remotely, and it was an excellent choice. I felt safe and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, washing machine, air conditioning, etc., which made my stay easy. The electric blinds were a great addition, and kept the apartment dark while sleeping. The location was even better than I had expected, with easy access to services such as a supermarket, bakery, multiple restaurants, and just a short walk from the beaches. Dimitris was an amazing host who helped me greatly with anything I needed.

If you have to choose a place to stay in Evia, there is no better one! We had an amazing stay here in August 2023, there isn't anything in this accommodation that isn't done to perfection. Due to a cancellation, we got upgraded to a maisonette. The regular double room was already extremely beautiful, but the maisonette was just amazing, we took half an hour just to look around at its every detail upon arrival. The whole building is brand new (quiet area, parking in front of the door and elevator available), decorated with great taste and each room is equipped with every single accessory you may possibly need (espresso machine, airco, automatic blinds, hairdryer, iron, drying rack etc etc). The room was spotless clean when we arrived, also cleaned back to perfection daily, with refills of toiletries and water bottles. The breakfast makes you feel like a vip every morning when it gets delivered to your room, at the time of your choice and according to your food preferences - A delicious selection of freshly baked pastries, eggs, yoghurt, fresh orange juice and many more, changing every day. The jacuzzi with a view of the sunset is just the cherry on top. We were warmly welcomed, received recommendations about beaches and restaurants and had a lovely feeling all throughout our stay, you really made us feel at home. Could not recommend it more and we will definitely come back!

we travelled with our baby daughter to nea styra and were really happy with our stay in Sunday Boutique Hotel. The staff was increadibly friendly and attentive. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay in this area.
