My stay at this apartment was fantastic and definitely ranks in my top 3 experiences. Originally, I had informed the host that I would be checking in around 6 PM, but due to border delays, I didn't arrive until 5:30 AM. Despite this, the host was incredibly accommodating, waiting for me to ensure I had a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions. It was a pleasant experience to coordinate with the flexible selfcheckins staff and the manner they directed us to the room via the link. The apartment was completely equipped for cooking, laundry, ironing, and so on. There is ample parking in the basement designated to us.

Room was very comfortable and serviced everyday. Good choice of cooked breakfast freshly prepared. Staff were excellent. We checked out at 12 noon but we could store our luggage until we left for the airport at 3pm.

Great stuff, Adnan, he answered all the questions asked, recommended where to go. the hotel is in the very center of the action in Baščaršija. we will absolutely be back and recommend. we had a great time. if you need parking, make arrangements ahead of time and Adnan always arranges it for you, even if you go out with your car to wander around the city and its surroundings.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Vino & Grad, the bed was incredibly comfortable; we had a wonderful view of the garden and trees making the room peaceful and the wifi was fast and unfaltering. Our hostess Rosemary was superb! She provided us information on the town and where is best to eat and assisted us with our laundry. Absolutely would stay again.
