Giuseppe's apartment is absolutely great for the sea holidays. It's located in 3 mins to the nearest public beach (equipped with showers and a toilet), big supermarket is in two steps. Apartment is in a quiet end, yet there's a road nearby where a bus is going, and bus stops to both Sanremo and Taggia are in 2 mins. You can reach Arma Taggia railway station in approx 10 mins by bus or 25 mins by foot. Apartment is quite well equipped. There are air conditioners in all rooms, including bathroom, and they have quiet mode. Washing machine and dishwasher are working well. Everything was clean when we arrived. Bathroom is very spacious, and shower cabin is very spacious as well. There is a big wardrobe and a commode to keep clothes during the stay. Although some kitchenware was quite tired (I guess many people don't know how to use non-stick frying pans?..), and there were small water leaks around the tap in the bathroom (we couldn't detect its source), overall we're mire than happy with our stay. Also, Giuseppe is an amazing host, it was very easy to communicate with him, and he's always ready to help. P.S.: there's a local market on Monday mornings on the nearby road when the bus usually runs.

The Villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with magnificent views of the sea and town of Bordighera. The owner Gulio was very helpful both before arrival and when we met in person, providing restaurant recommendations etc. The pool was enjoyed very much by our son and his partner, we couldn’t get them out of it! The area is peaceful and up above the town. We would recommend a car to get out and about to the surrounding areas. The Villa has its own large parking area. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa and hope to return ourselves in future. Thank Gulio for a fabulous stay in your lovely Villa Jon, Lorraine and family.

Excellent location for traveling along the French Riviera. A really great starting point, as it's close to the highway exit and there's no need to waste time driving into the city. Wonderful view of the open sea. The large parking area offers plenty of space for multiple cars. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We stayed on the top floor and had a small balcony. There’s a lot of space around the house for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, so we didn’t miss out on anything. Exceptionally friendly and caring hosts. We could also use a swiming pool, what we didn't expect as we stayed at the end of April.It was a plesant suprise.

Wow, this place is amazing! It's so modern and clean, and it has everything you could possibly need. Plus, it's super quiet and really comfy.
