We had a wonderful stay at the Burgos Suite in Como! The apartment was impeccably clean, felt brand new, and was incredibly well-maintained. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We were truly impressed with every aspect of our stay and highly recommend booking this suite. I am not one to post a review however this property and its owner Alessandro truly deserve it. Perfect location, excellent and comfortable spacious rooms with all amenities one may need. Alessandro (property owner) greeted us on arrival and was available to assist us with any request or advice we required. We even had a mishap that required us to stay an extra night and Alessandro insisted on not charging us for this although I offered several times. Its like we knew each other for years. Amazing chap. You deserve every success. Positively impressed.

At check-in we were given clear information and the staff walked us around the hotel to show us how to open the front door, where the restaurant and bar were and how to use the room facilities. How refreshing! The towels were extremely soft/fluffy. The waitress who served us dinner was extremely helpful and friendly and always with a smile. Made us feel very welcome. This is a great boutique hotel in a great location.

the property is beautiful. staff are super welcome. the location is quite beautiful. our stay was in winter time so outside wasnt ideal but inside was super cosy and had everything we need. breakfast was also lovely and had everything we wanted. the facilities of the hotel were also good. shower was amazing
