We had a wonderful stay. The flat is beautifully set up—comfortable, clean, and located right in the center, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Giampaolo and Sabrina were fantastic hosts: very responsive, proactive, and full of great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. It was an absolute pleasure staying here, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

From the first moment we entered until we left, Diana (Guest Relations) and her team treated us like royalty. Everyone was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The room was stunning (along with the view). The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic (feather or memory foam!). The beach set up was luxurious and not crowded like the other hotels. The dining was top notch including the wine. We ate on the beach twice and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and the coffee was good. The spa and wellness were clean and comfortable. We also had a couples massage which was very relaxing. Excelsior is a wonderful experience and we would recommend it highly.

Typical Italian breakfast, we are used to it, lots of pastries. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach.Spacious furniture, with a useful mini fridge, comfortable bed, parquet floor which is very good. Breakfast was amazing and the two staff members waited for us to come down the first morning as we arrived at 2am the night before due to the floods.they went above and beyond for us. The location was perfect and the room was fantastic.

Pure hospitality! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Custom lunch and diner, especially for us. The owners put a lot of effort in making you feel comfortable. Very cooperative, bottles of water when we left etc. Understanding that the devil is in the details. Keep up the great job! Loved the experience!
