Giuseppe's apartment is absolutely great for the sea holidays. It's located in 3 mins to the nearest public beach (equipped with showers and a toilet), big supermarket is in two steps. Apartment is in a quiet end, yet there's a road nearby where a bus is going, and bus stops to both Sanremo and Taggia are in 2 mins. You can reach Arma Taggia railway station in approx 10 mins by bus or 25 mins by foot. Apartment is quite well equipped. There are air conditioners in all rooms, including bathroom, and they have quiet mode. Washing machine and dishwasher are working well. Everything was clean when we arrived. Bathroom is very spacious, and shower cabin is very spacious as well. There is a big wardrobe and a commode to keep clothes during the stay. Although some kitchenware was quite tired (I guess many people don't know how to use non-stick frying pans?..), and there were small water leaks around the tap in the bathroom (we couldn't detect its source), overall we're mire than happy with our stay. Also, Giuseppe is an amazing host, it was very easy to communicate with him, and he's always ready to help. P.S.: there's a local market on Monday mornings on the nearby road when the bus usually runs.

Wow, this place is amazing! It's so modern and clean, and it has everything you could possibly need. Plus, it's super quiet and really comfy. I have to say, this was the best experience I've ever had booking on this platform! My family and I had an absolutely fantastic week staying in this incredible apartment.
