This place is incredible. Everyone is extremely friendly, the service was incredible. I’m definitely coming back with more friends and family. It was worth the price. I ordered breakfast to the room and it was laid out beautifully. I can’t emphasise how amazing the staff were.

Our stay was absolutely superb! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Como, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room was beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming.The host, Alessandro, was amazing, with excellent communication from start to finish, ensuring everything was perfect for us. I liked everything, clean spacious apartment with all amenities, beautiful view of the city from the balcony, air conditioning in all rooms, which is not unimportant. Linen, towels and all utensils, including kitchen utensils were clean. And of course the staff is very nice and helpful, Mohammad waited for us until late at night, helped with check-in. Thank you all very much !

It was a great stay! The host was super caring! The chairs were added on our request. Parking was suggested as an additional, very helpful, service. The place is fully equipped for staying in a "home-like" way but with the view and internal arrangement of a hotel. Once we need to be again in Como, this is the place to be chosen again. Super nice people, super service and accommodation!

This hotel calls itself "luxury boutique hotel" and thats exactly what it is. It a small hotel with a very luxurious vibe. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into this hotel. The room are very modern and very comfortable (and extremely clean). The shower is out of this world. The service is amazing. Staff is very kind and was very helpful with baby issues. Breakfast is perfect. Thanks!
