Excellent place for relax and recharge after long day hiking from Kumano Kodo trail. Staff services are outstanding.

Extremely luxurious and premium feel. Many additional snacks and items were provided. Dinner was fantastic. The outdoor trek was also fun and provided good views.

Luxurious overall, cosy calm, fantastic views, extraordinary onsen - huge inside and open air, and absolutely beautiful. Dinner and breakfast extremely fantastic. Service beyond perfect everywhere. Parking easy and serviced, boats every 15 mins with full service straight from the car.
