Amazing facilities, friendly staff, clean, good location for restaurants, shopping and to enjoy the beach. Perfect for a solo traveler. Locker facilities are a bonus, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the beach view.

The hotel is located right at the beach. Many food options nearby. Room service was great. Free parking is available. Room was spacious, but not too much places to store things.

Amazing place, attention to details and exceptional service. The only downside is the location, a bit far from interesting places, though close to nice beach.

Apart from excellent rooms very good breakfast the view from floor 32 was stunning The view fro our room really good blackout the same. Geting used to the light setting took somrtime The staff out front at reception and otherwise left nothing to be desired. Our stay was wonderful in Park Hyatt

I booked the family suite with an ocean view — the apartment was amazing, from the living room all the way to the bathroom. The view over Busan and the ocean was breathtaking. I also appreciated the kindness of the staff, who allowed me to store my luggage in the hall for 10 hours both before and after my stay.

Location is good n convenient with reputable malls n a sizeable supermarket close to walking distance. The district is high end commercial, feeling safe to go around at night.

We always had to wait for reception staff to appear. Otherwise, the room and location was great. Very near Haeundae Traditional Market - just round the corner

Spent three nights at the hotel with my wife. Hotel rooms are beautiful and very large - the rooms really look as good as they do in the photos. Really modern facilities with great attention to details and all the comfort you could ask for. Great value for money when compared with other rooms of similar price in Busan and honestly felt very special. Various food facilities around the place and a great bakery that made good food. Only small downside was the hotel was quite far from the central city but wasn't a big issue as it's easy to catch a taxi in.
