TurkeyEverything! We have arrived early in the morning and they let us check-in in a huge and very comfortable apartment with washing machine which was extremely useful in our case. The discount at the spa was very appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff at the reception and restaurant area are very professional, we felt the top level service.

It has everything that you need in the apartment. All the equipment was high class quality, washing powder was even provided and washing liquid. Very comfortable stay, very clean apartment, no bad odours, i would say 5 star apartment

Very clean and a superb hotel. I have stayed here alone and with the family. Both times were great. Clean rooms, we have gotten upgrade both times for free. The staff is very friendly and put a lot of effort to make it an enjoyable stay. We have stayed in different hotels in Atyrau but this hotel is our top choice.
