This is a beautiful appointed One bedroom villa. There is a beautiful private swimming pool with little garden and 2 Sun beds. This space is entirely private and not overlooked. Inside the Villa there is a tastefully designed open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room with a toilet room to the side. This large space looks out to the swimming pool. The dual aspect bedroom is large and can accommodate two king size beds. There are well appointed lights and fixtures either side of the bed. The room itself has a beautiful en suite bathroom. The bedroom over looks the patio area. The dwelling has all modern conveniences with air conditioning in the main living space and in the bedroom. The kitchen has an excellent fridge freezer and all of the pots and pans and plates to cook with. There is a coffee plunger for use, a juicer, toaster and kettle. The location is just down from the beach and although it is a little separate from Negombo ,it is within easy distance with a tuk tuk. This is a great place to stay entirely private safe and secure with very modern feel to it. Daniyel was an excellent host and would go out of his way to help and that was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are around the Negombo area

An amazing place to stay. Great location, super friendly staff, all of them! Perfect if you want to be in a peaceful place, yet still close to Negombo for sightseeing. Very very spacious, quiet location in a residential neighbourhood. Beach is about 400m, easy walkable. On the beach strip there is enough restaurants, small shops, etc. Everything worked flawlessly in each room - ventilator, A/C ... Each room had attached bathroom with functional warm water and enough water preassure. Very nice helper boy who took care about cleaning, trash etc. Also good washing machine and what I liked most - there is an internet by a cable - about 80Mb/s which is great if you need to do some work. Also kitchen was satisfactory - cooker, toaster, mixer, ricemaker, fridge with freezer, utensils etc. Owner easilly reachable by a message or by a phone. Would return anyday.
