I received a very warm welcome. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble they assisted me to have a Dr's consultation and full body massage which was excellent. I swam in the lovely, clean pool, watched the sea and had a fantastic yoga session. The food was excellent and of a very high standard 5 star service. I was able to book a taxi and go shopping and was dropped at the airport. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation and would book it again.

I can honestly say that this hotel is OUTSTANDING - the service is incredible!! I was upgraded and given a complimentary late check out! This is incredible and I’m so grateful!!! Special thanks to Mr Rahul Maini the gen manager at this hotel.. this hotel is immaculate and well managed best place to stay in Colombo. Upon arrival we were met by Mr Emil Gularatnam, special thanks, who was very courteous & professional even taking time to escort us to our room. The room was well manicured nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to the team at the lounge Chef Priyenca, Dilan Nimesha Amandi Yasabi. Many thanks to the restaurant floor 1 team- Mr Shehan & Mr Yehan together with their team- chef Janz, chef Nimisha, Aditya, Sirul, Kavindu & Sangeetha at reception...made our stay special. My son had a bit of upset and was well looked after by the dining area staff thanks Mr Shehan. Our housekeeper was Yohan who made sure our room was always clean and well made day and night. The property and gardens were amazing, well kept, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were so polite and couldn’t do enough for us, even made an amazing breakfast in the morning. Even had a Xmas tree with all the trimmings in the garden area 😊❤️
