The entire stay was wonderful. Beautiful comfortable rooms especially the imperial junior sweet. Wonderful staff (reception desk, bell boys, concierge), extremely helpful, nice, professional. it seemed like nothing was a problem for them. The hotel is beautiful, one feels like a royalty in a real palace. breakfast was also great with great a la carts options which were served very quickly.

Such a beautiful property. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is lovely - serene and calm and the perfect place to stay for Sacred Valley. The gardens are very peaceful and quiet Our room was great - large and really well appointed and very relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice and the Spa was fantastic. The gym is also excellent. The team were all very good but a special mention to Andres, Luis, Wally and Diana who took great care of us and delivered exceptional personalised service. I had a treatment at the Spa with Yesica who was also fantastic .

Antigua Casona San Blas is a gem! The beautiful hotel has a very charming and authentic feel, with an attentive staff offering lovely touches like nightly hot water bottles and tea. The cosy fireplace and outstanding restaurant made our Cusco stay unforgettable, and it was our go-to spot for the best dinner in town. The staff went above and beyond – from packed breakfasts for tours to off-menu requests like homemade chicken soup. Truly, our favourite hotel in all of South America!
