Very clean hotel and everywhere it smells so good!!!! Check in took only 2 mins. the gentlemans were so lovely and gave us more keys when we lost many times. also they offered us late checkout without any fees to pray Friday prayers. The best thing was when we checked in our shower was broken and called front office and they sent rightaway Technian to repair. and since we came to saudia we’ve been to so many 5 stat hotel but this is the one where you can quality service!!!! Great job to Front office staff!

My wonderful stay in this apartment with my family in Madinah I recently stayed in a short-term apartment in Madinah, and I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The location was also ideal, in a good and peaceful area with easy access to important places. The internet was super fast, which made my stay even more convenient.
