Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The room was super comfy with great furnishings and comfortable beds. The view from the room was lovely. The kids club is the best I've seen. Breakfast had all the options too with very friendly staff.

The hotel is inside the old city. You are near cool cafes, Seven-Eleven, good restaurants. You can go walking to museums, massage houses and to the street fairs. The hotel is cozy, is clean. The amenities for the shower are great. The team is very polite, very helpful. And they have a warm pool !

Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Receptionist helped us to get a private taxi for our day trip. I was not sure if I can use an app to book a taxi and they checked every possible options. we had to check out very early for our flight and they made a breakfast box for us. The location is convenient for weekend market (both Saturday and Sunday) and nice restaurants in the area.

The support from the staff was truly exceptional. On the day of our departure, we unfortunately left behind a very important wallet. It contained many items we needed immediately after returning home, but since we had already passed through the security check, we were unable to return to the hotel to retrieve it. Despite this, the wallet was kindly delivered all the way to the airport and handed over to the airport staff. We are sincerely grateful to the wonderful staff member, Ms. Froy, for her outstanding support. Thank you very much.

This was our favorite hotel of our entire trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was beautifully designed, and both the room and the entire property were spotless, with great attention to detail. Another big plus was the location—it’s right in the Old City, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai’s temples, markets, and restaurants on foot.

    Everything. The architecture and the interior design was just beautiful, really classy accommodation. The rooms were designed to perfection with little touches like ear plugs, an umbrella and a bag to take out for the day or to the pool, bed and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast was tasty, with various options that alternated daily. All around a really beautiful place to stay.

    Greeted with gift of fresh fruit and snacks - very welcoming gesture! We stayed in deluxe room - the bathroom was very luxurious, and we liked the 2 way wardrobe to access dressing gown (between hall and bathroom). Room was very quiet and had good blockout curtains, and good lighting that could be managed from controller beside bed. Breakfast was excellent- buffet style with plenty of choice, and all front-end staff spoke good English.
