Everything was beautiful and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff was very attentive and well-prepared. Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.

the Service with the entire team is top notch. The Buttler assigned to my villa, Irainy, was the most amazing person i have come across. She is kind and patient. I fell sick and she called a pharmacy, then drove me there to get my medication. I wish all hotel staffs were Irainy. My 2nd favorite person was Nat, he came along for my half day private boat trip. the hotel is amazing, clean, smells good, view is mind blowing, good wifi, close to the beach, over all ambiance- chef kiss.

Our stay at The Cove Hotel in Phuket was nothing short of exceptional. We spent 10 days in a beautiful beach bungalow with our two little kids, and it was a superior leisure experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles and going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The service was outstanding, with attention to every detail, making our stay truly relaxing. We felt welcomed from the first moment and like being part of The Cove family.The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. The beach bungalow provided the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, ideal for families. We wholeheartedly recommend The Cove Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Phuket.
