Staff were incredible, made such a difference to the whole experience. Especially Pham Thuy who picked us up from the airport and also helped us check out the airport, she was so beautiful and helpful which made the experience 10x worth it and much better! My child described this as her HAPPINESS. We really enjoyed our time as Gran Melia NhaTrang and we had a lovely time here. The staff really went an extra mile to make sure we are happy, they are very attentive and paid a lot of attention to their guests. The staff provided even before we ask. Highly recommended. Kid's club was good too, huge and well looked after. We would definitely come back, fingers crossed the service will remain at this level.
