I've been here for 2 nights after my trekking trip to the top of mountain - ky quan san. Such a great choice for a man who love mountain to live with "mountain queen" in "her" house! The room was clean and tidy, all the furnitures are still in good condition prove that the owner and his team have been working so hard to maintain its! What a great effort! Foods were good, they served buffet breakfast and if you want, they're also serve noodles (beef or chicken or even mix) Drinks were nice in cute bottle. There were watermelon and passion fruit juice. I love watermelon! After all nicely things above, I love to give compliments to all staffs, they're incredible! They're go beyond to meet the guest's satisfy. I even can't believe that they're normal human, they're superman and superwoman! Only six people but they do seem everything! Housekeeping, F&B, reception... Oh my God! Have to say, they're incredible! Thanks to Mr Kim for his useful information while I stayed about where to eat, where to buy things... You did a great job for a great return after Covid! Kim Anh was attentive and give a great service too. Good in F&B also good in housekeeping! Keep up your great work! .....

The room - clean and spacious. The view from our room is really breathtaking we can see the Sapa Centre in the clouds ^^ Staff - really nice and always ready for any assistance. Special thank you to Trang (Front Office) for her excellent hospitality and service during our stay. Breakfast - Nothing to complain about, I love their porridge there.

Had a wonderful stay - the view and the pool were absolutely breathtaking and the room was very spacious and a super comfy bed! All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help, a special shout-out to Viet who was working at the pool desk and his photography skills! Will definitely return if I’m ever back in Sa Pa.

    I do not like to give 5 stars review and 10/10 as it seems to take away from the “quality” of the review. But man oh man… PLEASE treat yourself and visit Pao’s. It is truly amazing. The location, the views, the service, the personell. Outstanding! Also… the breakfast is a WIN! Dinner was also great.

    On arrival, the lovely ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Our room was upgraded as there were no mountain views due to visibility. The room looked just like the pictures and the bed was super comfortable. Exceptional service from the front desk lady helping confirm our travel arrangements AND packing us a takeaway snack bag or our overnight train!! 5 stars!

    We booked for Deluxe Double with a balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view of this amazing city, Mr. Kim knows how to treat is guesses like a 5 Star from the moment we cross the entrance door we feel like VIP, unfortunately we had to move to our next destination, staff here always smiling and useful for any requests, breakfast fresh and healthy, bed comfortable so I would recommend this hotel without a doubt for the value we sure look to come back next time in Sapa!
