It’s conveniently located: all the main tourist attractions are a short drive away, but on the days you want to rest, the wildlife comes to your doorstep. The property itself is very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owners are charming and the staff super nice and friendly. Fantastic overall experience – this place offers both adventure and relaxation. Highlights include: • Two game drives a day with the most passionate and fabulous guide, Christelle – you couldn’t wish for better. • A great team at the lodge, from the gardeners and housekeepers to the cooks and business operators. • Wonderful breakfast, lunch and diner, including accommodations for people with dietary restrictions. • A customized stay, whether you’re visiting with friends, colleagues, as a couple, or on your honeymoon. This lodge is very eco-friendly, and they are continuously working on expanding the guest experience. Due to strict park regulations, the pool is rather small, but it’s perfect for cooling down. Additionally, you’ll find indoor and outdoor showers in your lodge. Do bring a book or two—between game drives, the peaceful surroundings invite you to unwind. Hoedspruit Airport is relatively close by, making arrivals and departures convenient. The 3-4 planes that fly by in the early afternoon are hardly noticeable. Rooms are very clean, and taken care of twice a day when on safari. The lodge is well protected, felt very safe during day and night time. With stunning views of the riverbanks, you might see various animals pass by while dining or relaxing—making this a place to remember.

Truly amazing. We’ve never been so well looked after in our lives! From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The staff are friendly and the location gives the most amazing views whilst having meals. The rooms were so comfortable and were super clean. The entire property was well maintained throughout. Johan and Adelina ran everything impeccably and organised a couple of trips for us; the bush walk being a highlight. Our game drives were simply wonderful with Evans and Thomas who were happy to pass on their knowledge of the bush. We saw all that we wanted to, and more, often being so close to the animals whilst always feeling safe with our guides. Special thanks to Shirley, Rizen, Josina, Rueben and chefs Helen and Jeanette for their care and kindness. Thank you to all the team. Thank you for looking after us so well whilst we were with you, you made us feel like family. We will be hurrying back.
