The hotel has several building and each of them contains common areas with a huge and well equipped kitchen, fridges full of juices and Esterhazy wine, available for surcharge. Since common areas are 24/7, they are great for card games in the evening. Parking free of charge on site, and we even could charge our car directly at the parking lot. We appreciated first-aid kits in the lobby as we needed it for kids :)

The staff was very friendly and hepful from the arrival to the check-out. We left the hotel feeling like we were visiting family. ❤️ The breakfast selection was very good, tasty and served to the table in the cosy ambient of the rose garden. The food choice was very diversified, with fresh vegetables and fruits and in the right amount.

We did not have a coffee machine and kettle in our room. We asked for it at reception desk and it was brought to us in 5 minutes. Lovely balcony with a marvellous view of the Burgenland hills and fields. Breakfast and lunch exceeded all expectations! Huge selection of the best quality and natural products. Special thanks to the chefs! Excellent service. The dinners were absolutely delicious! The waiters are very attentive, served quickly and politely. Excellent huge territory with a variety of pools. All new, renovated. A lot of beds for rest. Excellent saunas with access to the pool area and sunbeds for outdoor relaxation. We liked everything! We will definitely go back there again. We would highly recommend this hotel!
