Staff was very nice and helpful, location is amazing right next to the big waterfall, it will rock you to sleep :) The pool on the top was a gem, not crowded, everything you need is there, you can lay down and read your book in peace after a swim, just relax! Special mention to the breakfast: never had such good food in a breakfast buffet, I literally loved it. Would surely like to come back again!

The food was superior. This is haute-cuisine. It's definitely worth the price but probably too fancy for my children who are more than happy with wiener schnitzel and frites. The buffet is phenomenal and the attention from wait staff was incredible. Every evening mealtime was an event and I enjoyed every mouthful. My children loved the pool and the play room. Thank goodness, too, for the TV which meant my children could happily watch Paw Patrol (German dubbed).

Built in 2018 and located in Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer, HOTEL SEPP - Alpine Boutique Hotel - Adults Only ab 21 Jahre has an infinity pool and air stream sauna on the rooftop. This place is seriously incredible, one of the nicest places we have stayed in, with some really great facilities. The room was super cosy, clean and had a nice media setup with a projector. The breakfast is amazing; it's also on until 13:00. After that, there is a snackbar. The staff were extremely nice, and they clearly communicate with each other: we told the staff member at check-in that we were attending a wedding, and another staff member two mornings later at breakfast asked us how it went!?
