The outdoor swimming pool is very pleasant in the hot summer ☀️ The best breakfast with mesmerising views of the valleys from the terrace - sometimes you can see the deer and rabbits running around below you. Great location for hiking and visiting local wineries 🍷

Landgut am Pößnitzberg is located amidst the gently rolling hills of the South Styrian Wine Country, only a few kilometres away from the Slovenian border. This hotel was in the middle of a winery. The staff were so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us many insights of where to visit in the surrounding area. We hired mountain bikes which I would recommend as a great way to see the surrounding countryside which was absolutely stunning. The hotel breakfast choice is one of the best we have had anywhere. The room and facilities are first class and I would highly recommend a short break if ever visiting Austrian wineries.
