There is one guy in the reception always smiling and helping made our first impression of bosnia quite positive. Aldo I asked for an iron before arriving and found it in the room upon arrival which was awesome service. Thank you.

Warm and stylish room, excellent bathroom and secure garage parking. Only minor downside was the TV not being a smart TV. Not a big deal, everything else was perfect.
