The kindness of the staffs, especially Ms. Yaya and Ms. Xiao Yang as they helped me to order the online foods few times and the food was delicious and cheap. Also the shuttle to the national park. It was spacious and well accommodated. The view from the hotel was stunning. Location is great, lot of restaurants and supermarket next to it. Tianmen cave was only a 10min walk to reach. The staff are so kind. Highly recommend it

Clean - good sized room and bathroom. Quiet. Manager - Jack Ma - is very welcoming and personaly showed me the local delicacies being cooked fresh on the buffet breakfast. Every time I left the hotel someone would check to make sure I was OK and knew here I was going. They offered a map and helped point me in the direction of the metro system.
