Had a lovely stay at Avatar Peaks Resort! Winnie at the reception was absolutely amazing and spoke very good English. She helped organize everything during my stay, and I can’t thank her enough. She recommended a route for visiting the National Forest with clear directions and was quick to answer any questions I had. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the resort was very close—just a golf cart ride away from the entrance to the West Gate (Yangjiajie Ticket Station).

The staff were amazing especially Will, Kayl and the young lady at the reception. Even the dog Daniel was very friendly .. we will surely miss them all and would love to visit them again and again.. they made us feel like home.. big thanks to them for their kind support and welcome.

Zhangjiajie SANHE Hotel --Free one way pick up service over 2 night, Free shuttle to east gate of forest park, Free laundry service, Free fresh coffee, English speaking customer service dispone de... What a beautiful place! The first thing I said to my wife when we got into the room was, “I want my bedroom to be like this!” It is so beautifully decorated and well-kept. We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure from the shower is amazing…..possibly the best shower I’ve had! We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions (of which there were many!) were answered. If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation. Oh, and a special thank you for collecting us from the train station!

El hotel era muy bonito, el desayuno súper bueno y la habitación moderna y bonita, con espacio suficiente. Había también un rooftop con unas vistas muy guays. El personal del hotel era muy amable y siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudarte, sobretodo Lily, que estuvo por nosotros en todo momento. Esta muy cerca de la entrada al cableway de Tianmen Mountain.

雾里观阵山 Foggy Valley se encuentra en Zhangjiajie, a 13 km de Parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. El hotel está super nuevo, está muy muy limpio y moderno. El personal es extremadamente amable. Además el restaurante tiene una comida buenísima! Recomendamos probar la comida de este restaurante porque es de muy buena calidad!

When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.
