A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

The hotel is on a hill next to a place where many tourists come to watch for sunrise. Our rooms are very big and have great view to the old town. We can just watch sunrise from our rooms.

There’s ceiling heater to keep the shower area warm during winter.

It was also very enjoyable to dine at the restaurant near the hotel in the evening, with a variety of delicious dishes. About 10 mins walk from the center in a very nice and lively neighborhood. The room was spacious, everything looks brand new.

Situated in the heart of Lijiang Ancient Town, 7 to 8 minutes' walk from Dashuiche and Square Street, Jianshe Inn offers simple Japanese-style accommodation. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Great inn in the heart of Lijiang old town. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was nice and provided great recommendations to enjoy the city and its surroundings. It is a quiet inn with amazing view on the old city.
